Exhibitor Registration for WTC 2016
Staffing your exhibit is an important element of booth planning. Fortunately, getting your staff registered and securing your room block won't be as complicated as deciding who is on the travel team.
The deadline to send exhibitor registration forms to the SME office was Tuesday April 19, 2016 at 3:00 PM MST. After Tuesday April 19, 2016, all registrations must be done at the onsite registration desk.
Exhibitor Badge Allotment and Cost
Exhibiting companies are allocated two (2) full complimentary booth personnel per 100 square feet of space (10' x 10' exhibit space). Exhibitors may use their free badge allotment for entrance to exhibit hall, technical sessions and registration materials. Exhibit personnel who are above the number of complimentary badges allotted for your booth space must purchase an exhibits only registration for $300. This badge type only has exhibit hall admittance. Additional exhibitors attending technical sessions must purchase an exhibitor full conference badge.
All registrants are required to wear the official WTC 2016 badge to gain entry into the exhibit hall and technical sessions. Badges are nontransferable and must be worn at all times.
